Down but definitely not out

June... July... August... September...
Where did all the races and reports go? Well, to be honest we didn't actually go to an awful lot of events this year and it's been tricky to get anyone to write a report for the ones we did - I think I've forgotten most of the gory details too.

Suffice to say, the league is over for another year but this time Batchworth are at the wrong end of the table. Strangely enough four races is not sufficient when the scoring system takes your best 7 (I think). So averaging third per event didn't really help an awful lot.

So congratulations to Amathus - maximum points, nice - and to Kingston for their "best ever finishes in the BDA National Leagues". But also huge congratulations to BA and Typhoon for rocketing up the charts this year.

Contrary to popular myth we will be going to the nationals and with a bit of luck we'll be aiming to put right a couple of the wrongs that we've endured this year. No doubt there will be some interesting outcomes this year...
